Scoops & Co. started with a 6-quart ice cream maker, a farmer's market booth, and a stubborn belief that ice cream should taste like something real. We use whole milk from Meadow Creek Farm 12 miles away, fruit from our neighbor's orchard, and eggs from the chickens we can hear at dawn.

Nothing here comes from a tub. Every batch is churned, every waffle cone pressed, every sundae built to order. It takes longer. It's worth it.
